Based in Brooklyn, Zam Barrett combines his exapansive experience in apparel design and pattern making with his passion for reuse to create handcrafted pieces. His collections involve intensive fabric manipulation and dyeing to create new textiles from fabric often left by other designers in the city. The power in his work is lawlessness and apathy. Tucked away in Brownsville, Zam has created his own world with his own community.Role:
